Shipping Options & Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 8–14 business days within India (includes printing time)

  • Express Shipping: 5–7 business days, selected Indian cities

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, courier service, and public holidays

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation (includes printing)

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched

Shipping Charges

  • Orders below ₹1,000 — flat shipping charge of ₹100

  • Orders above ₹1,000 — FREE shipping

  • Free shipping available for bulk or institutional orders — contact us for details

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS

  • You can track your shipment through the courier's tracking portal

  • For shipping delays or lost parcels contact us at sciteachpubs@gmail.com within 48 hours of expected delivery date

Return & Refund Policy

     At SciTeach Publications, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order for defective or damaged products only.

Conditions:

  • Book must be unused and in original packaging

  • Valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required

  • Defect or damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Books that show signs of use, damage, or markings by customer

  • Custom-printed, syllabus-specific, or special order books

  • Books returned after 7 days of delivery

Return Process:

  • Email our support team at sciteachpubs@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the defect

  • Our team will respond within 2 business days

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges accepted for wrong or defective books sent by us

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 7-15 business days to your original payment method.
